Basically I'll start with a word, the next person has to use that word in a sentence and then leave a word for the next person to use in a sentence.
Example: [I post the word:] War.
[The next person posts a sentence including the word the previous poster left:] Marcus was drafted into the war
[Then in that same post, the user that used the word "war" has to leave a word for the next poster to use:] play.
[Then the next person uses the word "play in their sentence and leave another word]
